    Welcome to the Pivot Tables Forum

    You should post any questions on the greatly under used feature in excel that is Pivot Tables. This great feature allows you to group and summarise data from inside Excel or virtually any external data source. This will stop you producing that report every Monday morning and allow people to manipulate the data or refresh it at any time
