Excel formulas is not calculating or copying down. Not a autocalculation issue...

Please help.  I am entering a concatenate formula that is showing me the correct result in the function input box, but the result is not populating in the cell.  I have used Excel for years and I have checked the autocalculation option; it is on autocalculate.  When you copy the formula down to other cells, it acts as if you are using an absolute reference and I am not....

This happened to me using another function the IF and somehow....someway...it finally began to work. 

Please let me know if you have a fix or have experienced this issue..

What is happening? Is the formula itself displaying in the cell? If so, you might have cell that is formatted as text. I was able to duplicate your symptoms in that way.
