I have two laptops from work. One uses a corporate supplied image and the other has been built up specifically for data collection. On the laptop with the corporate image, I added a macro button to the QAT and it retains the whole path to the xlsm. On the other laptop, it will not save the full path.
BLara's solution is a workaround for the laptop that won't save the full path, but does anyone know of some setting or update (possibly) that can fix this issue so it saves the full path all the time? I don't know exactly what versions of windows and office each of these laptops are running with but I will check into that. How do I figure out exactly which version of Excel I am using (I keep looking for the Help>About menu option in Excel 2007 but can't find it)?
