    Printing charts in Excel 2007

I have created an elementary line chart in an elementary single sheet workbook.

When I print at 100% scaling under page setup all is fine.

If I fit to the page, requirng an scaling at 75% to fit, the chart no longer prints or appears in print preview in the correct place.

It seems as if the scaling on the work book is operating out of phase to scaling on the chart.

The same file print fine  in earleir verions of Excel if the it is save as a .xls

The .xls version exhibits the same problem in 2007.

    I would ensure two things

    1. Upgrade your printer drivers to the latest version
    2. Upgrade your video drivers to the latest version

If those fail then downgrade them to the lowest you can find that will work, e.g VGA or SVGA standard driver with no acceleration for the video and a very early model of the printer family and see if that allows them to print OK. If it does then suspect an issue with either, both the drivers.

I am guessing you have 2007 fully patched to SP2?
