I'm a new user of Excel, trying to communicate with a web designer who would like me to send him data via Excel. When I create a database in Excel it will only let me save it with the name of my primary Hard Drive. If I try to "save as" the changes are saved but saved over the previous data base, and with the old name. Excel drops the name I tell it to "save as". If I receive an attachment Excel file, it opens the attached file as the file I had created previously named after my primary hard drive. - The new data being sent to me via attachment does not show up. I've tried re-installing Excel from my disks.Thanks
