Method of Creating Workbooks with Daily Sheets V2
Filed under: , ,

This model was updated on 1st December 2008

This Macro will create a series of 12 new Workbooks in the same folder as this file is stored.
It is recommended that you create a new empty folder, save a copy of this file in that folder, and then run the macro.

The user will be prompted to enter the Year number, 2008 2009 etc. at the begining of the macro to ensure that the
correct number of sheets is created for the month of February. It is also used in the naming on the new Workbooks.
Each new Workbook will be named Jan YYYY.xls through to Dec YYYY.xls

Within each Workbook, there will be an individual Worksheet for each day of the Month, corresponding to the month of the Workbook.

Enter 0 or Cancel in response to Year prompt if you want to cancel running the macro.

If files of the same name exists in the folder, you will be asked if you want to overwrite. YES will cause you to LOSE
your EXISTING file, No will skip that month and proceed to next month.
